Stretches you can do at home.

Here are some basic self stretches that can easily be performed on your own at your home or workplace. Be sure at all times to ease your self into position and please do not attempt if you are unsure. Often it is best to seek professional medical advice before attempting such stretches in order to not inflame any existing condition you may have.
