It's been a rocky old year for many, & to quote dear Liz an 'annus horribillis' for those finding themselves out of work or struggling to make ends meet. However, now 'tis the season to be jolly' so I just want to take this opportunity to thank all of you that have supported tennenttechnique in 2009 and I want to get in early by wishing everyone all the very best for what, I believe, is going to be a much brighter 2010.
