Corporate Services
Everyone is aware of the benefits of good health which include feeling motivated and positive in mind. These benefits are also important in the workplace to ensure a productive, successful and efficient team.
In reality everyday stresses and minor ailments if left untreated can become cumulative and affect the individual’s performance at work as your employee becomes increasingly stressed and unmotivated. Prolonged stress can deplete the immune system leaving an individual prone to further ailments which could result in periods of sick absence.
The cost to the company and to the individual is significant. Yet while many employers provide excellent working conditions, support services and sickness benefits, their approach to health care tends to be more traditionally focused on reactive rather than preventative measures.
